Nella Vita means “In Life” in Italian.
When founder and Principal Designer Nella Gonzalez set out to create her design studio, she wanted a name that represented more than beautiful interiors. She envisioned spaces that would become part of people's lives—places where families gather, businesses grow, memories are made, and everyday moments unfold.
That vision became Nella Vita Design.
We believe that great design is about more than aesthetics. Every space has the power to influence how we feel, connect, work, heal, and live. Guided by principles of neuroaesthetic design, we thoughtfully consider color, materials, lighting, texture, and spatial flow to create environments that support both beauty and well-being.
Our hospitality-inspired approach blends functionality, comfort, and intentional design to create spaces that are welcoming, restorative, and deeply personal. Whether designing a family home, a wellness-focused commercial space, or a new build from the ground up, our goal remains the same: to create environments that reflect the people who inhabit them and enhance their daily lives.

Nella's love for design began long before her professional career. As a young artist, she was drawn to the creative process and found joy in transforming a blank canvas into something inspiring. Over time, that passion evolved into interior design, where she discovered the power of thoughtfully designed spaces to influence how people feel, connect, and experience everyday life.
Her professional journey began when she was asked to stage a home that was struggling to sell. After the property sold within days, additional requests quickly followed—from vacation home furnishings to full interior design projects. What started as a creative passion soon grew into a thriving business, ultimately becoming Nella Vita Design.
