    5.1 Termination by Participant: You may choose to withdraw from the Course at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any fees already paid.
    5.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Course without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that is detrimental to the learning environment or the Company's reputation.

  6. Limitation of Liability:
    6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The Course is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. The Company disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
    6.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Course, regardless of the cause of action.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any legal actions arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Your Jurisdiction.
